Terms and conditions of use
The aim of the house rules is to afford all children and accompanying adults a pleasant and totally safe visit to the Lollihop Children’s - adventure - world.
- It is not allowed to bring or to consume food brought in from outside.
- Children must wear socks when using the play equipment.
- No credit or EC cards accepted.
Children between 8 and 15 can only enter the Children’s-Adventure- World with a completed and signed Lollihop authorisation form.
- Socks must be worn by the children when using the equipment. also no chains or necklaces etc are allowed and are worn at ones own risk. Sharp or pointed objects should be deposited at the cash desk.
- For safety reasons, children can only be admitted if accompanied by an adult. Children 8 and above can enter alone with a written and signed parental authorisation form.
- Parents are responsible for their children!
- Please note we can not accept liability for clothes, glasses or any valuables you bring with you.
- All equipment and facilities are to be used with reasonable care. Please inform Lollihop immediately if you notice any misuse or damage.
- Any damages will be charged to the person responsible. Instructions from the Lollihop team are to be adhered to implicitly. Any serious breach of the house rules, or misuse, can lead to the user being barred.
- If the accompanying adult leaves Lollihop for a short time without their child it is at their own risk. Moreover, any damage or accidents etc occurring during this time.
- Lollihop is not responsible for monitoring or supervising individual children.
- The accompanying adult is responsible not only for deciding which equipment is suitable for their child, but also that they are healthy enough to use it.
- The accompanying adult should also be aware that none of the Lollihop team has a medical training, but are able to administer first aid.
- If a child should suddenly become ill, or in case of an accident, the Lollihop team is authorised to first alert an emergency doctor, and then to inform the accompanying adult.
- For your safety the hall has video surveillance.
- All visitors to the Lollihop play park are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of use.
